During one of our many phone calls today, my sister informed that people want to know what you are eating. So by her request I will also include my meals for that specific day in my blog.
Today:
Breakfast: coffee & 1 melba toast
Lunch: 100g Talapia, handful of cabbage, a slice of onion, 1 breadstick & orange
Dinner: 100g shrimp, handful of cabbage
Snack: 1/2 grapefruit
1/2 gallon water & 5 cups of hot tea w/ stevia
I am also over the hunger pangs and I feel great!
