P2 VLCD Day 25

Sorry I have been MIA. It has been a frustrating week so far with my weight loss. Today I weighed in at 184 lbs. I was only losing .2, .4 and now finally got to 184. It is my eating. I was struggling with snacking. This diet is not for a weak person at all. I have 20 more days to go. I need to focus more on the food than the results. Until tomorrow!

  1. Sometimes it can take a few days to lose a whole pound. It doesn't necessarily mean that you are doing something wrong. What are you snacking on? If you're having a small bowl of lettuce as a snack, I wouldn't think that would cause a problem, but fruit or non-p2 foods would of course.

    Next time you want to snack, really examine how you really feel. Are you bored, tired or upset. If so, deal with those issues.

    I think you're doing great. You're losing at a good pace now.
